Apparently the ALDERMEN, your representatives, have been persuaded by MANAGEMENT that people do not really want to be in the same room as them, THE ALDERMEN & MANAGEMENT, and telling them what you think about the budget they've decided to implement.
What people NOT NOT WANT is to come out on a cold night to be patronised. Neither do they want to be told their ratepayer concerns will taken into account in the room but actually ignored outside it.
